The client
An established dealership with a website stuck in the past.
Seminuevos Coapa is a certified pre-owned car dealership in Mexico City, with several locations, a documentation guarantee and monthly financing plans. The business was thriving; its digital presence wasn't.
Its catalog —dozens of cars that change every week— lived on an old website where publishing a new unit or removing a sold one was a slow process that depended on third parties.

The challenge
A website from another era selling in this one.
The previous site dated back to 2013: a dense design, table-based listings, tiny thumbnails and even a visitor counter. On a phone —where most car buyers search today— it was practically unusable. And every new car depended on someone external to get published.
No responsive design
Built for desktop monitors from a decade ago. On mobile it looked cramped and broken —exactly where people search for their next car.
Impossible to update
Publishing a new car or removing a sold one required outside help. The real inventory and the one on the site never quite matched.
Invisible in search
Without a modern technical foundation, the site couldn't compete on Google —let alone in the new AI search engines where people already research which car to buy.
