01 — Diagnosis

The difference between a store that works and one that's just "there" is friction.

78%

of online purchases in Mexico are made from mobile.

If your store isn't fast, doesn't accept OXXO Pay and doesn't have an optimized mobile checkout, you're losing 8 of every 10 potential sales. The difference between an online store that works and one that's just "there" isn't in the catalog — it's in how much friction the buyer faces from the moment they arrive until they pay.

06 — Frequently asked

What people ask the most.

How much does an online store cost in Mexico?

Two routes. Stores on Tiendanube — we're a Certified Partner Agency — from $6,000 MXN one-time: Essential, Pro and Premium plans ($6k / $12k / $22k MXN) for small to medium catalogs. And custom eCommerce with Mexican payment gateways, inventory, ERP connection and multi-warehouse, quoted by scope. See store plans →

What payment gateways do you integrate?

Mercado Pago (most popular in MX), Stripe (international cards), OXXO Pay (cash — critical in MX), Conekta, PayPal and SPEI. For international sales we integrate Apple Pay and Google Pay over Stripe.

Do you charge a commission per sale?

No. We charge development (one-time) and maintenance (monthly), but NO commission per sale. The only commissions are from gateways (typically 3.5–4% per transaction), external to us. Unlike Mercado Libre, you keep 100% of the margin minus payment commissions.

Does it integrate with my current inventory system?

Integrations with: WooCommerce, Shopify, QuickBooks, Microsip, Aspel SAE/COI, Bind ERP. For proprietary systems we evaluate if they have a documented API. If you don't have one, start with the store admin panel and migrate later.

Do you handle multiple warehouses or branches?

Yes. Stock per warehouse, automatic routing to the nearest warehouse and in-store pickup. Requires greater complexity — recommended only if you already handle 3+ locations or high volume. Quoted based on number of warehouses and business rules.

Do you do SEO for product pages?

Yes, included: Product schema markup (with price, availability, reviews), friendly URLs, breadcrumbs, image alt text and unique meta descriptions per product. Structure for Google Shopping and rich results. Ongoing SEO via our SEO service.
